Apple has of late been dedicatedly exploiting novel options and methods of enhancing the online shopping experience and general atmosphere. Apple has noted that while online shopping can be far more convenient that traditional retail stores, the experience however has always been sterile, isolating and without interaction. It has always been a solitary experience. To address this issue, Apple has proposed a new methodology which is sure to gain the customer’s interest and make online shopping more fun and more like walking down to your mall and picking stuff out. Apple proposes showing users where other customers are in the store and have even thought of allowing customer interaction while shopping.
Privacy of course, being of paramount importance, the users are given an option to opt out of such interactions. This new method might be applied to both Apple’s Online Store and iTunes Store as well, making it an all-in-all uniquely Apple experience.

While this is great in theory, I don’t like it. To be honest, if I wanted to talk to people when I go shopping, I’ll go to a mall where there are people at. One of the reasons I like to shop online, is because it’s easier, faster, and I don’t have to put up with people bothering me.
